Coaching
A coach is not there because a person lacks information. A coach is there as a friend who aids in investigation of blind spots, provides accountability, and serves as a call to action towards values and goals.
Research supports the value of coaching: a 2014 meta-analysis found that people who received coaching generally improved more than people who did not. In practical terms, coaching was linked with improvements roughly in the 60–70% range for key areas like coping and following through on goals, with the strongest gains seen in goal-directed self-regulation. We offer a per-session sliding scale system so that coaching is available to a wide range of incomes. You pay what you can afford. The sliding scale tool is found below this section to get an idea of what you would like to pay, but it is just a recommendation, please pay what feels honest and sustainable to you.

Find Your Fair Rate

This is a guide, not a means test — pay what feels honest and sustainable for you. Questions? Just reach out.
